Installation Location: This terminal block is installed at the bottom of I/O chassis such as the IS220PPROS1B or in a designated slot.
Wiring Procedure: First, use a screwdriver to loosen the terminal screws. Then insert the stripped copper wire (we recommend using cold-pressed terminals of the appropriate size). Use a torque screwdriver or wrench to tighten the screws to the standard torque of 9.6 in-lb (1.1 Nm) to complete the connection.
- Be sure to disconnect the power supply before connecting or disconnecting wires, especially in hazardous areas.
- Never insert or remove modules or terminal blocks while the circuit is energized.
- Ensure that the wire insulation is intact and that no exposed parts come into contact with other terminals.
In a natural gas transmission pipeline, the user has deployed a Mark VIe control system in conjunction with the IS220PPROS1B I/O module and the IS200TPROS1C terminal board. This terminal board is used to interface with PT signals and speed sensors, enabling real-time monitoring of turbine speed and vibration signals, and automatically switching to backup protection logic in the event of a main control system failure to ensure safe shutdown of the equipment.

| Hazardous area (Zone 2 / Division 2) control systems |
| Industrial sites requiring high availability (HA) and redundant control |
Can the IS200TPROS1C be purchased separately?
Yes, it is listed as a standalone accessory and is typically used in conjunction with the IS220PPROS1B chassis.
How does it differ from the IS200SPROH1A?
The IS200TPROS1C is a terminal board (for wiring), while the IS200SPROH1A is typically a processor or main control board used in conjunction with PPRO modules (specific details depend on the full model suffix). The two serve different roles within the system.
Does the IS200TPROS1C require additional overcurrent protection?
Yes. The documentation explicitly states that the IS200TPROS1C itself does not provide overcurrent protection for circuits connected to a live power source. Users must provide an external overcurrent protection device (such as a fuse) that complies with UL or IEC standards.
