Serving as a "bridge" between the control side and the power side, this board is located between the VME control rack and the three-phase IGBT driver, and is responsible for converting the control system's PWM pulse signals into gate drive signals capable of driving high-power IGBT modules.
This board combines 8 configurable analog inputs with a three-phase IGBT gate drive interface and is vividly described by the industry as a fusion of the inverter's "sensory nerves" and "phase commander."

Combined with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and an anti-interference design, the device achieves an MTBF exceeding 100,000 hours.
Suitable for industrial applications--such as chemical processing, power generation, and wind power--that demand stringent acquisition accuracy and continuous operation, it is the preferred solution for high-reliability process control systems.
It offers multiple protection features, including hardware phase overcurrent protection, IGBT desaturation fault detection, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), Miller clamping, and soft shutdown.
The fault response time is ≤ 300 µs, enabling bridge arm fault isolation and triggering system redundancy switching in an extremely short time.
Typically, the warranty period for original products is 12 months.
