The IS200EPSMG1A is the core power conversion unit in the power supply chain of the EX2100 excitation control system. This module receives a 125V DC input from the IS200EPDMG1B power distribution module and, through a two-stage circuit architecture consisting of an internal buck regulator and a push-pull inverter, precisely converts it into multiple isolated regulated power supplies required by the control system.
Specifically, the buck regulator converts the input voltage to an intermediate voltage of 50 V DC, which is then processed by the push-pull inverter to generate multiple output channels; the transformer within the push-pull inverter provides high-voltage isolation between the input power supply and the control system outputs.
